About Shark-Co Founders

Shark-Co is a woman-owned and veteran-employed local business to the Lebanon, Indiana, community. When it comes to making sure your organization is outfitted with the tools it needs to be successful, we excel as if lives depend on it. Because sometimes they do.

In 2016, Jason and Monica Sharkey started with an idea for an organization revelation. With a single CNC milling machine in their garage to the thriving business it is today, Shark-Co is truly a homegrown effort.

Their daughter, Piper Sharkey, has been directly involved with the business operations from the age of 7 (now 13) and already knows what it takes to be successful. She serves as an inspiration to everybody that works with Shark-Co, showing the true meaning of a family business and is on a first name basis with all that come through the front door.
